Directions / Usage Guide:
With A Diffuser
– Depending on the size of the room, add between 6 to 10 drops of essential oil blends to the diffuser and turn on the device to enjoy. This is a very common use of essential oils due to its ease and versatility.

With An Aroma Diffuser Pin
– Simply add 1-2 drops of essential oil blends to the aroma diffuser pin.

Simply Inhale
– You may place a few drops on a tissue and hold the tissue up to your nose to enjoy the natural aroma.

Steam Inhalation
– Apply a maximum of 3 drops of essential oil blends to a pot of hot water with approximately 1-2 litres of water and inhale by covering your head with a towel and closing your eyes; this will help the steam last longer.

Bath
– Dilute a maximum of 5 drops of essential oil blends in a small amount of milk, yoghurt, honey, salt, or bath gel. This is because essential oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to dissolve in the bath.

Air Freshener Spray
– Dilute 25 drops of essential oil blends in 250 ml of alcohol. Transfer the mixture into a spray bottle for easy use.
